Unisa does not communicate through their channels. So do not waste your time.

Unisa makes no attempts to contact you back when sending emails, submitting queries through the student portal, or calling. I have a refund outstanding to me for more than a year and have sent numerous emails but to no avail. It is shocking to say the least. I agree with reviews here. Once you register, you are on your own.
