UNISA DO NOT ANSWER EMAILS OR TELEPHONES

I am trying to contact the Applications Department or Education Faculty at UNISA. The telephone lines do not ring as they are either always busy or do not work. I have sent a number of emails to both the Applications Department email address and the Education Faculty email addresses and none of my emails have been rep**** to. I have had a similar experience last year when I first app**** through UNISA. They should be investing in a decent call centre with dedicated personnel who can answer the phones and emails. UNISA is a big organisation and it seems crazy not to have a system like this in place. If I am paying for a service then I expect to receive a response. Last year I had to get in my car and go to one of the campuses to get my response. I do not expect to do that this year, as the system is based on distance learning.
