Unisa disgrace

I have been trying to get my Uif documents signed at Unisa Pretoria, since 24 May 2019. I am entitled to uif as I contributed for years. I get absolutely nothing out of them. I live in the Eastern Cape and therefore not possible to just go in person. Hope you can give me some advice. Thank you
