UNISA? - Did you get Covid-19?

I am very disappointed with UNISA. I am a Chartered Accountant in Public Practice - A staff member of mine is struggling to register with UNISA. She has tried both the local campus in Pietermaritzburg and UNISA in Tshwane. She simply cannot get through to anyone to assist her. I did all my Accounting studies with UNISA and it was an absolute pleasure to deal with them then. What has happened to this once cutting edge institution? Please can someone from UNISA respond????
