Unisa Department of Information Studies

I registered for master's degree with unisa 2016. I was researching about correctional services. The problem started when i wanted clearance to get into correctional facilities. The terminology on my proposal was prison and they asked me to change it or i wont do my study. I submitted last year December 12 but till today i haven't got my results. I enquired March when i didn't see any correspondence and the Department of Information Science said i changed the topic which i didn't. They asked my supervisors to verify the right topic and they did which was around April. Still nothing happened after. I contacted the head of department July and found out that nothing has been done with my issue. Today is the end of August and i still don't know what is happening.
