Unisa denying me my academic record!!!

I am currently loosing a job because i cannot get ahold of my academic record that proves that i've completed my qualification,please help me out. My last exam was in june 2020,i received my results and passed.I don't owe unisa.

I don't understand why i cannot be assisted with this matter,i went to campus and was told audit takes 3 months but it's been 7 months since my final exam.. If i don't submit my academic record i loose the post.
