Unisa denting my progress in life

I'm a semi/former student at unisa student #***9 whereby I fell ill during exams in 2018 yet I went to a doctor and posted my sick note on the the MyUnisa student email applying for agrotat/special exam. Yet I never gotten any response till 2018 moved over to 2019 for my re-registration. To my dismay surprise on registration my credentials were not going through till I went to Florida semi campus to enquire and was told by an Indian woman that I had been phased out. She told me that I needed to do a shot course on an external academic nstitution and come back the following year. I was wondering how that I could be told that hence I app**** for an agrotat/special exam with an attached sick note(yet wondering how am I going to explain that to my department who's bursary funder). I went to main campus in Pretoria and met an Exams department official there by Mr Mokoka who checked my enquiry and promised to get back to me. Yet nothing from him and heard he was later dead after following up (MHSRIP). Yet I took a transfer that year 2019 in May but my transfer was administratively mishandled that resulted in me wasting my year without studying. Coz I only started working here in East London in September as you can as well imagine. Yet I did enquire again when I got this side at the East London learning center with the official named Tshepo who emailed unisa on my behalf using the same sick note. Yet again I never received a response and covid 19 was around when in 2020 I was supposed to re-register. COVID-19 messed up some of everybody's plans even huge corporations. Last year I app**** for a bursary again with my department of social development here in East London as I'm currently working here. But now was difficult to acquire readmission letter to attach to my bursary application in order for the provincial office's HOD. But however I was very eloquently happy to learn that the department has considered me without the readmission letter attached to my application. However I request that I must be given another opportunity to visit unisa East London branch as I did enquired in 2019 when I first got here with Tshepo. I got to Tshepo he's telling me that what took me so long but he knows COVID-19 was here yet I was expecting to hear from him once he got response from his main campus. Then I ask that he at least give me the correspondence to go enquire myself at Pretoria'S main as I was going to Joburg. He tells his emails have been since deleted how convenient! However I went to Joburg and went to main campus, and unfortunately there was a unisa strike in February 2022. Then my employer informed me that they were going ahead with shortlisting bursary potential holders perhaps I could just check with them towards end of this year for reconsideration. Kindly please intervene as I want to complete my degree with unisa and done with them acting like maffiaz?
