Unisa delaying in auditing our qualifications

Hellopeter, My name is Makgotso Maria Mokgoko with student number 57...... 4. I m writing this message with a broken heart. I just finished my degree qualification in 2021 but still waiting for unisa to audit my qualification. I missed job opportunities many times due to the delay made by the University. I have sent several emails and messages but no one responded to them. I paid all my school fees. I even paid more money thinking that they will speed up the process... Please assist me in this matter
