Unisa credits transfer

I app**** for credits transfer at unisa in March 2018 and to my surprise only 4 modules were transferred in July 2018, I tried to query the transfer I sent emails and tried contacting them the phones are not working and now it’s almost 2019 I have to register again and yet I am waiting for a response as to whether my modules were transferred before I can register can I please be assisted as to what is the next step, I sent all the required documentation syllabus, academic records, certificates, everything.
