Unisa (Course in Taxation Certificate)

Unisa send a wrong certificate and ask me to post it back. I have sent Matlala the email with the attached certificate, she said she will attend to it. I have post the certificate back to them in January up until today I am still waiting, no respond from them I have been sending email and no respond. I am so tired of waiting I even lost my promotion because of this issue. please help I am so desperately in need of this urgently.
