UNISA cost me a my job opportunity

I received payment from Fundi loan on the 6th of June. Yet my student account is still blocked. I was supposed to send my academic transcript to the English Scholarship program in China on the 10th of June. I still cant access my transcripts and its been 2 weeks since the payment was made. Ive been back and forth with the campus and the staff just say the payment takes forever to reflect but it will. A job opportunity is at stake and I dont have forever. Could Unisa please do their job and allocate the payment so i can send my documents and not lose an opportunity.
