UNISA contact centre is just pathetic

I have now been waiting for over an hour on hold to try and get my academic record which won't send when I try doing so on MyUnisa as it states that my qualification is being audited. I desperately need it for work purposes and have until Friday to submit it. I have been trying to do this since last year December with no success. Can Unisa just provide us with the services we pay for. This is really not fair for those of us who are trying to better ourselves.
