UNISA confusion and lack of communication

I have to register for non-degree purposes as I am studying for a post-grad degree at another university which requires 2 modules through UNISA. No response via email or telephone from UNISA. I have been accepted as a general BA as that was my only option but registration is open and I need to register for NDP.
