UNISA - complaint

Good day<br> <br> I have been uploading documents and it still does not show that I uploaded it. I have done so 6 times. I have been trying to phone Unisa for more than a week on 7 different numbers. I want to speak to someone at Unisa to see what going on if it is on their side or on the student portal for applications. I also phoned the education department at Unisa and is giving me the same numbers I have.<br> <br> I really think it is bad service. How can we as student or people who need to inquire about someting get a hold of Unisa. <br> <br> Please help.
