Unisa

Unisa has poor communication skills which is unacceptable. Students pay a lot of money to study through this university. I completed my degree at the end of 2020 and passed all my modules yet I have not received my qualification papers or my confirmation sms. I emailed numerous lectures as well as student enquiries and not even one has rep**** to my emails. I feel this is unacceptable and we as students deserve to be treated better.
