Unisa cant handle the volumes of student appoint more people

I seriously want to know how unisa marks our exam papers I study hours upon hours get 94% for my assignments and in the exam I do not pass how is this even possible if I feel very positive after my exam papers I think unisa just marks the way they want to since they are under staffed but keep on accepting students without being able to handle the loads! How do I query my marks I app**** for a remark but when I received my paper after the remark nothing was done to my paper seriously tired of this place
