Unisa cannot issue approved invoices since 3/7/20?!!!

I have been placed on fin suspension because Unisa cannot supply me with an invoice with a date stamp for payment of registration fees by my employer. Has been sending three emails per week since 3 July 2020 without response!!!! And I sm being punished because they work from home??!!!
