I would like to raise a concern regarding the lack of communication when it comes to addressing certain matters. While UNISA is a reputable and well established institution that offers great opportunities to students, the communication process can often be frustrating. Responses are sometimes unclear or delayed, making it difficult to resolve important issues efficiently.

In addition, the Facebook support platform has not been very helpful. The responses provided there are often brief, uninformative, and at times come across as dismissive. As students, we rely on these communication channels for guidance and assistance, so respectful, clear, and supportive engagement is extremely important.

UNISA is a strong institution with so much potential, and improving communication, especially on social media platforms, would greatly enhance the overall student experience.
