Unisa bad system

Last year on the 1st of Dec I registered online with unisa and I paid my registration via EFT on the 23rd of January. The closing date for registration was on the 23rd of January and deadline for payments was on the 31st of January. <br> <br> Now i I had paid and registered on time and my amount reflected on the 27th of January but I was not yet registered. I called a thousand times last week and no one picked up the phone on all the numbers that I called. I then went back on the website to try and see what could I have done wrong when I registered by starting the whole registration procedure all over again,not knowing that the system will register me for the 2nd semester and I had initially registered for the 1st semester!!!<br> <br> I then called the finance dep today and finally they answered and confirmed that I was registered for 2nd semester.They gave me numbers to call and explain that what I did was a mistake but still the phone just rings 4 times and then it hangs up. I really wanted to register for this semester and we are busy at work cannot have time to go there and resolve this issue bt their call centre sucks. I'm heart broken that I have to wait til June to start with my studies
