UNISA bad service

I was registered with UNISA for BCOM degrees in Industrial Psychology. During my studies I faced too many challenges and therefore I was unable to finish on record time as well my academic purformance was also affected. I tried register with UNISA beginning of the semester in a hope that I would give it my short. Since I'm left with few modules to graduate.

I went to UNISA several times and I was put from pillar to post. All I was trying to do is to plead my case. Due to my frustration I then compile all evidence at hand and wrote them an email in a hope that I will receive feedback. This was sent over three months ago and when I try to follow up there seems to be no one available. I am studying through a bursary which I received from my employer and now I need to constantly give them my academic progress. The fact that I was blocked by Unisa to register without hearing my side of the story.

All I need is feedback from the institution and the comfort that they have looked at my case.
