UNISA BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I've been struggling with contacting UNISA with regards to a payment my company made into their standard bank account. My company tried to recall the payment and they've failed via standard bank and they own personal bank. Has anyone made payment into their old account and if so how did you successfully get your money back. I've emailed all the people in the finance department and I've tried calling and there's been no reponse since January 2022. SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE ABOUT UNISA!!
