Unisa bad customer service

I've been trying to get enrolled at Unisa since the beginning of the year. For the second time now, I'm having problems applying online. And when I phone their offices, I have to wait and wait and guess what, no answer! I've sent numerous emails. And only get automated responses in return. Is it so hard to become a student at Unisa? I'm so stressed and again so disappointed.
