UNISA BAD CLIENT SERVICE

I have been struggling to get a invoice from Unisa accounts department to settle my outstanding fees.

There is however a third party that wants to assist me and they cannot help me with a statement but my request is for an invoice made out to the company and not myself(WHATS SO DIFFICULT TO UNDERSTAND). I need someone to either contact me URGENTLY to resolve this matter so that i can continue my studies.
