UNISA as online platform is uncontactable???

Unable to schedule an appointment to discuss Bsc Technology options for my son. I have exhausted trying to call, e-mails for both Florida and Pretoria bounce back. Facebook and Instagram queries are simply unanswered. I drove through to the Florida campus and was not allowed in as I had no appointment. I eventually twisted the arm of the security and managed to speak to someone, who told me to go online and gave me an e-mail for further questions. I e-mailed and a month later, still no response. For an online campus, this is a dog show. I want an appointment with someone in the Technology faculty that can give answers and advise on study options. Face to face.
