Unisa Applications Enquiries

I app**** to Unisa to do a postgraduate diploma with UNISA in September of 2014. I did this application online after which I was sent an e-mail to pay the application fee and my student number attached to it. I indeed went to pay this application fee after which I received no correspondence from the university of admission to the course that I had app**** for. Months later May 2015 I have decided to follow up this application so I go on to the Unisa website and get an e-mail address to enquire about my application. I sent this e-mail with the student number I was given in the subject line. All I got was an automated response to that e-mail and weeks later still nothing. Now I go back to the website where I now find telephone numbers to call for enquiries about applications as well as a direct line to the school of management and economics. I called all the numbers to no avail and upon calling the my life number as an alternative, I am told they cannot help me or even refer me to someone that can. I don't have the luxury of a day off to travel to Pretoria to sort thing out and seeing that UNISA is a distance learning university issues such as these should not be happening.
