UNISA Application Method

<p>This must one of the worst customer service i have ever experienced, by an educational institution. I have responded to their advert that was encouraging registration for the current semester 2. Went through the proccess of applying after two weeks, i received communique from the instution giving me access to the student portal wherein i'll be able to track and accept offer on my registration to enroll.</p> <p>To my horror the contents of the mail did not include a password, to enable me to access the portal. And how does the institution expect me to track my application if i can't log on?</p> <p>I mean i might loose my place on the course as i'll be in the dark and not knowing whether my application has been accepted or not. This method seeks to exclude people from entering the education system, UNISA is working backwards and i'm quite sure that people living in the rural areas with no access to internet, but with the need to study are effectively excluded to enter the system.</p> <p>There' are no contact numbers for further enquiries what kind of university is this?</p> <p>Please sort out your registration process so that the poor black kid can have access to proper education.</p>
