Unisa application criteria

I'm a registered student with unisa my student with unisa I app**** to change my qualification.Istlu on application the system said it's not necessary to send the scanned version of my certificates so I had to send the details by email which the response was Why I did that.The results came negative saying I don't qualify for the requested qualifications full stop.Foe which according to my age I qualify.If not they could have offered Mr an alternative qualification so that I can register in the next semester now it means I should make another application next year yet I paid the application fee so please if you fill someone doesn't qualify for that qualification please offer that person an alternative qualification because they paid the application fee s In my case I feel my qualifications where not assessed co on the application top they said there is no need for me to submit my qualifications so how did you reject me from all the qualifications I app**** for please review my application coz I feel I do quality even in accordance to the age my student number is ***8
