Unisa Application

For the past 3 consecutive years I have been applying for admission with this institution and I've been placed on waiting lists only to be declined due to full capacity space. What I don't understand is, why do I get to be on the waiting lists while applications are still open? I mean they still looking for students right. 🤷 I went there today and I'm only told that they don't know how it happens... it's how the system works and they have no control of it. I'm dissatisfied and disappointed by the institution and it's system
