Unisa application

I app**** at the end of last year 2025 for a Bachelor of education in the intermediate phase. First of all, I wasn't able to add my third option of the foundation phase. secondly Unisa didn't want any documents from me as they had previously from me but when i track my application it states missing documents, i wasn't able to get into my account to add any documents so i've tried emailing documents and tried calling yet there has been no response, i feel this is very unfair to me . I finally could get into my account to add documents, but still no response on if I have been accepted or not. Ive phoned everyday and sent emails everyday
