UNISA: another sad South Africa institution

The "leading ODL university" is anything but. UNISA is extraordinarily unresponsive when it comes to communication. I have been offered a place to study there but cannot accept the offer because of some problem which no seems to know how to deal with. No one answers the phone and emails disappear into the ether. Visiting the campus is no good either because you cannot rely on them getting back to you. If you were planning on getting a qualification that actually meant something I'd seriously reconsider studying through UNISA
