Unisa and purchasing of scrips

I had my ups and downs with Unisa, but I am now totally fed up. I need one module to finish my PG Dip. After two years of failing I decided to pay a external tutor because you get zero help from Unisa's tutors. According to them you need to be on a level that you do not need any help if you are doing a Post Grad. Anyway, my year mark was considerably better with the tutor, and the exams was difficult but I was sure it would be a pass. When the results were release - I failed, and my marks 2% better that the previous year. I requested a remark, but my mark is below the remark guideline (BS!!). My tutor suggested that I request my script, and she would mark it so that I can see where my mistakes are. And there my battle started!! Many many emails later, and still no reaction. I contacted the Ombudsman, and hopefully I can get me my script. I have registered for 2023 (again!) and are so negative going into this year. I now wonder if my exam was even marked, because why cant they give it to me?
