Unisa and NICS

I dont believe my experience with unisa Ive been trying for months to sort of my unisa account so i can register, I've already missed the second semester registration, good chance ill miss 2021 and ill i want is to complete my qualification

I paid the funds i owed through NICS they were bothering to pay but after i did i got no help, unisa's contact centre is just no response after the number of attempts ive made phone calls and emails so what must i do to get help guys ??? Like really what ?
