UNISA - an insult to the dedicated and motivated students of South Africa!

I have been waiting for approximately 3 months now to hear the outcome of my BSC Honours degree in Computing. I have sent multiple emails and queries to the university, and I have received very little feedback. Two weeks ago, I was informed that UNISA was missing some documentation that was required to complete the final audit of my qualification (a copy of my ID and my academic record for my undergrad studies) which I subsequently sent through. Since then, I have received no communication from the university whatsoever! Last week, the status of my qualification on MyUnisa changed from "Final Year Student" to "Qualification not Complete". I lodged a query with the university and received a case number (in the subject line of this mail). On Friday last week, I even attempted to contact the university via phone to no avail.

I am at my wits end - hence including the CODs of Computer Science and Information Systems in this email - and extremely angry. I need to know what the status of my degree is! I would remind you that if - unlikely as it may be - that I have not completed the requisite number of modules or credits for this degree that the university's delay in processing this audit will have effectively held back the awarding of my degree by another 2 years minimum as I cannot register for anything at this late point in the year!

I am insulted by the utter disregard that UNISA has shown its student body (and me in particular) in this regard!
