Unisa Accounts dept ***********

Trying to sort out an error on account at Unisa since 2018. No response for years! Only automated responses with "ref no". Forget to phone the accounts dept at Unisa - impossible. Now suddenly this law firm is on my case via sms, only with a telephone number, no ref! When I phone the number, it cuts off. Seriously, between Unisa and Khumalo Masondo Attorneys, how can you sort out any account problem with such incompetence!! Bad.
