UNISA Absolutely pathetic

I app**** for registration to Unisa in the beginning of August 2015, even my application fees were paid by the 19/08/2015. We were promised answers on our applications by end October 2015 then middle November 2015 and then December 2015. I still have not received any response on my application. In the whole of South Africa only the Kroonstad branch answers their phones only to tell you to they will send an email and i must call back on monday. This is absolutely pathetic. What happened to service ? South Africa needs a new accredited Distance Learning Universirty. Because UNISA has become useless. I Studied at Unisa in 2010 and their services were excellent. I wonder what happened from then to now.
