UNISA - a DEFUNCT education institution?!?!?

I have been trying to get hold of UNISA to issue me with my academic record or credit certificate since May 29th (its now been 3.5 months!!!). I have followed the process and have completed the DSAR08 form and have emailed them several times since then requesting my academic record but I have heard exactly ZERO from them. This is not a world class institution, its ridiculous how they are failing their students! I am on the phone now trying to get hold of someone and been on hold for over 15mins!
