UNISA

I needed help with my application, I sent an email regarding this, I was being redirected to someone else whom till date has not responded. I need assurance first before applying and then realizing I could not do it. I waited many weeks for UNISA but did not get any help. Yesterday I decided to apply and got rejected, now I cannot reapply because I app**** before. Had UNISA contacted me in a timelessly manner I would have app**** for a course which was applicable to me.

We as students pay a lot for studying at UNISA, we buy so much airtime to call UNISA but no one helps. I am surprised that higher management cannot seem to uphold the name of UNISA being that represents our country but really terrible service. Higher management/Ombudsman , please do a thorough investigation. People are getting paid for no reason.
