Unisa is seriously the worst. It's been nothing but tears through out. What hurts the most is that they are never available for any enquiries whether you call or email. I just came from far to collect my qualification and it turns out " today is pay day , they not working. I have sent multiple emails for weeks now and still no response this is really unfair for the fact that I don't owe them a cent. Students are missing out on job opportunities because we don't have our qualifications. This is really heartbreaking.
