UNISA 2022 Autumn graduations & collection of certificates

I desperately need my certificate to finalise my application to further my studies on sponsorship. Graduations have been canceled twice now and Unisa management are now holding graduands to ransom with no solution in sight. I have written to the relevant departments so many times and am being told to wait for yet another date for graduation. I just want my certificate so that l can move on, Unisa cannot force me to wait for graduation where such occasion has been canceled twice, they have failed me & many other students out there. I stand to lose out on the sponsorship if l do not submit the certificate. How much more does Unisa management want me to lose after losing so much money & time preparing for graduations which were canceled?? This is very important for me. Is Unisa management also on strike???? If not then management must organise for me to collect my certificate as a matter of urgency as the deadline for submission to the overseas college is fast approaching. Can somebody with a conscience at Unisa please help me to wake up from this nightmare. l want my certificate urgently please!!!
