UNISA 2021 Registration

I registered Bcom Law 90123 on 05 January 2021 for first semester and my registration has not been processed yet. Deposit has been paid and no outstanding documents. I sent emails to enquire, no response from UNISA. I am not a new student, I previously registered for Bcom Law 98309. Please help, this is frustrating as it is causing unnecessary delays on my side.
