HI <br> UNISA NSFAS offices they never picked up their lines as in ever, i have been trying to contact them since last week because my results are freezed while NSFAS head office told me they paid all my outstanding on the 24 November 2015 but UNISA said i still owe them i need an explanation.<br> <br> I just want to remind UNISA that we use our own money to call them and we don't have a miracle garden for airtime to call them all times and again i do not plant money NSFAS said they have paid my outstanding i have a right to know what is going on with my account for their information i did signed an SOP from NSFAS for my fees to be paid.<br> <br> Again UNISA is charging us R400 for an empty USB and they say its a text/digital for God sake they knew the usb was empty we ended up downloading indoemation online that was suppose to be on the usb, how can u pay R400 for 8gig usb in fact in South Africa 8gig usb cost R89.90 or R100 in a market now UNISA is charging R400 wow very class robbing us and the office 2013 malfunctioning disks but gues what we have to paid as we want to study right. worse when you call they never pick up their phones for real.
