UNISA - 17 case numbers and no reply / action yet

I app**** to study at UNISA on the 7th of October 2017 to study Honours in Inclusive Education. At the time of the application I was completing my degree through CPUT and advised UNISA that I would only receive my academic transcript on the day of graduation, 15 December 2017. I was told to send it though to ********** the day I received it, which I did. I received an automated response stating that they had received it and providing me with a case number. On the 9th of January 2018 I received an email stating that I had until the 12th of January to send my results in(???) I now have 17 case numbers where I have sent the stuff through and still my status shows documentation outstanding and I have no student number so I cant register. I have put my career on hold so that I can study this year. PATHETIC SERVICE!!!
