Unis does not respond to your emails or answer calls

Unisa has been a pain in my life since I decided to study there. The staff I so offhand, lazy and unhelpful especially at the campuses in Ghandi Square and Vereeniging. They send students away with false information, ultimately disadvantaging them and taking advantage of the fact that we need their help! Their attitude stinks! They don't have an urgency to assist quickly to help the long lines go faster, they dilly dally and stroll spitefully to get your worked up. One lady even assisted me with a chicken drumstick in her hand! I was furious! Who is in charge of this *********** group of people? Why is their low level of service accepted as normal? I call them then I hear them put the phone down, I email and then I'm greets with automated response. Last year they sent me away and said I can't register because I'm supposed to be done with my qualification already and it has expired, lo and behold that was BULL!!! I wasted a whole year because of taking these lazy ****bags words. The following year I then went to apply seeing that I was told to start over, the guy there with two disturbingly long pinky nails once again is eating a roll with milk and the crumbs are all over his desk! He tells me no you can't reapply, you must register, I nearly blew a nerve! I then ask him to print out something on black and white for me to take as proof that this is the case, he then says "no I can't do that, that's long stories and if you can be able to go and register, you will see." So public, citizens of SA, hear me today, don't use Unisa. If you absolutely must, try PTA campus where decent individuals still work, not holding chicken meat when helping you. But personally I'd never recommend this varsity to anyone!
