Unhelpful staff

<p>i registered with Unisa on the 16 January 2017 for a Masters degree. i then later discovered that i will not be allowed to register for my bachelor degree thats when i cancelled the modules on myunisa account and also send the cancellation form on the 18th to Unisa in order for them to cancel the registration. i did not receive any response and i called the Regional Office on the 20th and the lady that assisted me told me they do not assist with Masters degrees but asked me to forward her the form i did and she sent it to the relevant department in Head office. i checked her again on the 24th and she said they did not reply to her and advised me to forward it the Masters department myself which i did on the same day. to date i have not received any feedback and i call the lines everyday which ring unanswered. i really want to register my bachelor degree as this is my 2nd year and due date for registration is this Sunday</p>
