Unhappy Unisa Student

After matriculating in 2008,i decided to pursue a career in teaching. I decided to study through unisa. I went there atleast 5 or 6 times before giving up. Their staff are unfriendly and clueless. Each time I got a different excuse. Eventually 10 years had passed and I decided again to try and register. I got assistance from one of the student advisors and was registered for my B. Ed qualification in 2016. In my 3rd year I was contacted by someone at unisa who advised me of 6 modules that I needed to register for in order to graduate. I did so in 2021. My qualification status was on Final year student at the time so I assumed I was going to grauduate in 2022. In January 2022,my qualification status now changed from final year to incomplete without any reasons. I emailed the university, called them and even went to the Florida campus but no one could help me. They don't answer calls or respond to emails. Eventually I sent through a complaint to the Ombudsman. A few days later, i received an email to say that I registered for 2 law subjects and that I need to redo 12 modules. I am horrified that this is happening as I was hoping to seek employment and better my life. I now wish that I never studied through this useless institution as they take our money and leave us guessing about the qualifications. Can someone please investigate Unisa. I will be reporting this to Carte Blanche, enews, and all over social media. I refuse to make unisa rich or allow them to de***** more students out of their hard earned money.
