Unhappy applicant

I have received bad service from UNISA, in fact no service at all none of my calls were answered none of my emails were answered, and yet they encourage online platforms as a way of communicating. What kind of an institute is it that does take their applicants/students serious. All they do is give you a case number that is useless. I'm so disappointed, i was looking forward to continuing my studies next year but i guess i won't be doing such, all because of the bad service from UNISA. I hope all of this improves because it really unprofessional of them.
