Unfair treatment

I am writing to express my concerns regarding the handling of my outstanding module and to kindly request your intervention in resolving the matter fairly and expeditiously. I have tired the university i am being taken from pilar to post I was granted a supplementary examination for my final outstanding module required to complete my degree. While I appreciate the university’s acknowledgment of my situation, I believe the current resolution is unfair and has placed an undue burden on me. There is also a previous issue regarding the very same module, i was granted supplementary two years ago, dates were never communicated, i gave in and re- registered using my own money. The university only came back to me after my registration. Unfair still. Now, i wrote again, the portal couldn't allow me to submit. I had reported my situation well before the portal’s close-out time during the original examination period. Following several engagements with MyExams to check if they had received my script, i was informed that I would have been granted a link to submit my work. Unfortunately, I never received the link, which ultimately led to this issue, absenteeism from the exam. Despite reporting the matter promptly, the university has opted to grant a supplementary examination, forcing me to wait an additional six months to write and further delaying the completion of my degree. This is extremely disheartening as I have only this one module outstanding, and I have fulfilled all other requirements for my degree. I kindly request that this module be marked offline to resolve the matter promptly and allow me to graduate without unnecessary delays. I trust in the university’s commitment to fairness and academic excellence, and I hope my request will be given due consideration.
