Unempathatic educators

I paid my tuition fees in the same account that I have been paying in for last semester. The money does not reflect on my statement and as a result I cou not register last semester or for this 2021 first semester. I have written emails and I have not gotten a reply or acknowledgment. This is the second time it is happening and even though I was reimbursed the first time, Ithey still made me pay for courses that I had not been allowed in. No one rep**** to any query. I paid in June last year. I have called, I have spoke.n to aSRC member and I am stuck without help.
