Unaswered Emails and phone

Have sent countless emails to *** and other graduation email addresses listed on the unisa website to request for a statement in lieu of a lost certificate issued. First email was sent 31 March 2022, no one has come back to me regarding that and now the affidavit will expire without being assisted.
