Unanswered phone calls and email

I made a payment for semester 1 on the end of March month but did not get any release of my work for the semester or even any contact with unisa all I got is a statement I've been trying to phone for this past two month but phone lines dont work and I dont get any response back from the emails I send I also was at the university by it's closed

Would like a response as soon as possible!
